2022 - Tilley Upstream - Culverts & Work

In the middle are some pictures of the replaced culvert where SR-121 overflowed in January 2022; in December we received word that this Culvert does indeed meet the WA-DFW requirements and is 100% approved.  A Grant from WA-Dept. of Ecology for $ 7708 assisted in this work.  We are awaiting determination from FEMA on a possible Grant to pay for the rest of the clean-out work.

Also at the bottom left is a picture of what appeared to be the top of a power pole that was found almost occluding the culvert at 100th.

Above 100th there is a Gravel "wash-put area" that was also cleaned, widened and deepened; without the Ditch coming through this area the northern end of the Ditch would have a much bigger problem with drainage.  The last 3 pictures are from the junction of the Northern Ditch  and the North-Eastern Ditch, both of which cross Hart Road.
